Terms and Conditions

By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

The prize draws are being run by The Children’s Hospital Charity (Registered Charity No. 505002, England & Wales).


PJ Day 2025 is free to enter.


Raise over £300 – prize draw for a visit from Theo or a weighted blanket

  1. You will be entered into the prize draw if you raise over £300.

  2. The winner can select either a visit from Theo (the Charity’s mascot), or a weighted blanket.

  3. The prize draw will take place on 19th February 2025 so please ensure all your fundraising is paid onto your online fundraising page or paid directly to the charity (see FAQs on other payment options). Only fundraisers who have reached or surpassed £300 by midnight on 18th February will be entered into the draw.

  4. An independent party will draw the winner (not a member of The Children’s Hospital Charity team), but a member of the charity team will also be present at the draw.

  5. A computer process will be used to draw the winner at random and this will be recorded.

  6. We will notify the winner as soon as possible via email or telephone (using details provided at registration) within 10 days of the draw.

  7. If the winner selects a visit from Theo, the charity team will organise with the winner the location and date of the visit.

  8. The Charity reserves the right to only offer the weighted blanket as a prize, for example if the winner is located a significant distance away from Sheffield.

  9. The Children’s Hospital Charity team members are exempt from being entered into the prize draw.



Raise over £50 – prize draw for a prize from Bear & Babe

  1. You will be entered into the prize draw if you raise over £50

  2. The prize is a product from clothing company Bear & Babe. More details will be announced soon. For more information on Bear & Babe, visit their website at https://www.bearandbabe.com/

  3. The prize draw will take place on 19th February 2025 so please ensure all your fundraising is paid onto your online fundraising page or paid directly to the charity (see FAQs on other payment options). Only fundraisers who have reached or surpassed £50 by midnight on 18th February will be entered into the draw.

  4. An independent party will draw the winner (not a member of The Children’s Hospital Charity team), but a member of the charity team will also be present at the draw.

  5. A computer process will be used to draw the winner at random and this will be recorded.

  6. We will notify the winner as soon as possible via email or telephone (using details provided at registration) within 10 days of the draw.

  7. The Charity team will liaise with the winner on how to get the prize to them.

  8. The Children’s Hospital Charity team members are exempt from being entered into the prize draw.
