Terms and Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions below for the prizes we have available this year. Any questions, please contact the fundraising team at fundraising@tchc.org.uk.

By entering a competition you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.


The competitions are being run by The Children’s Hospital Charity (Registered Charity No. 505002, England & Wales).


Theo & Friends’ Christmas Jumper Day 2024 is free to enter.

 

Mystery Prize Draw - now announced as tickets to Chelsea F.C Women's game

  1. You will be entered into the prize draw if you raise over £100.

  2. Details of the mystery prize will be released before the competition end date. Update as of 13/11/24 - the prize has been announced as tickets to see Chelsea F.C Women's team at a game in 2025. The date of this game will be at the discretion of Lucy Bronze and The Children's Hospital Charity. Travel and accommodation are not included in this prize. 

  3. The prize draw will take place on 18th December 2024 so please ensure all your fundraising is paid onto your online fundraising page or paid directly to the charity (see FAQs on other payment options). Only fundraisers who have reached or surpassed £100 by midnight on 17th December 2024 will be entered into the draw.

  4. An independent party will draw the winner (not a member of The Children’s Hospital Charity team), but a member of the charity team will also be present at the draw.

  5. A computer process will be used to draw the winner at random and this will be recorded.

  6. We will notify the winner as soon as possible via email or telephone (using details provided at registration) within 10 days of the draw.

  7. The Children’s Hospital Charity team members are exempt from being entered into the prize draw.

2025 Snowflake

  1. The supporter who tops the Christmas Jumper Day 2024 fundraising leaderboard will win a small snowflake to be displayed on St John’s Church, Penistone Road, Sheffield in December 2025.

  2. The competition closes on Thursday 9th January 2025 so please ensure all your fundraising is paid onto your online fundraising page or paid directly to the charity (see FAQs on other payment options) by this date.

  3. We will notify the winner as soon as possible via email or telephone (using details provided at registration) within 10 days of the draw.

  4. The Children’s Hospital Charity team members are exempt from being entered into the competition.

 

Theo Christmas Hamper

  1. To enter this competition, supporters must send a photo of themselves wearing their Christmas outfit to fundraising@tchc.org.uk or use #TeamTheo on social media posts.

  2. Only entries made by midnight on Monday 16th December will be counted.

  3. The prize is a hamper of The Children’s Hospital Charity merchandise.

  4. An independent party will decide the winner (not a member of The Children’s Hospital Charity team).

  5. We will notify the winner as soon as possible via email or telephone (using details provided at registration) within 10 days of the competition ending.

  6. The charity team will liaise with the winner on how to get the hamper to them.

  7. The Children’s Hospital Charity team members are exempt from being entered into the competition.
