By participating in Team Theo's Yorkshire Three Peaks 2024 you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below:

I agree to pay The Children's Hospital Charity the correct registration fee to secure my place and the place of any additional participants (if applicable). I understand that registration fees are non-refundable under certain circumstances and cannot be transferred to another event or product.
I agree to raise funds for The Children’s Hospital Charity. The minimum sponsorship for a charity place in the event is stated on the event page of our website (excluding gift aid). I agree to pay all sponsorship monies to the charity within 2 months of the event taking place and to make every effort to exceed the minimum target.
I agree that I participate entirely at my own risk and accept that The Children's Hospital Charity are not liable for any loss, damage, claim, expense, injury or accidents which may arise as a consequence of my negligence in this event. I will participate with care and attention, abiding by the rules of the event. I remain responsible for my own property and actions. I am in good health and have done sufficient training to safely complete the challenge.
I confirm that the information given in this registration form is correct and up to date and agree to contact the charity if there are any changes to this information.
I understand, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that the risk of injury and/or death from the activities involved are significant including, but not limited to the following: (i) drowning; (ii) near-drowning; (iii) sprains; (iv) strains; (v) fractures; (vi) heat and cold injuries; (vii) over-use syndrome; (viii) injuries involving vehicles; (ix) animal bites and/or stings; (x) contact with poisonous plants; (xi) accidents involving, but not limited to running, paddling, climbing, biking, swimming, hiking, jumping, travel by boat, truck, car, or other convenience; and (xii) the potential for permanent paralysis and/or death. While particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist.
I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my participation.
I understand that participating in this event is potentially hazardous, and that I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able.
I am also aware of and assume all risks associated with participating in this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, effect of weather, traffic, and conditions of the road/path. I, for myself and my heirs and executors, hereby waive, release and forever discharge the event organisers, sponsors, promoters, and each of their agents, representatives, successors and assigns, and all other persons associated with the event, for all my liabilities, claims, actions, or damages that I may have against them arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in this event.
I give The Children’s Hospital Charity full permission to pass on my contact details to third party company Dolomite Training and agree to being contacted by them regarding event information.
I give Dolomite Training staff permission to administer first aid if needed during any activity conducted by Dolomite Training Ltd.
I give The Children's Hospital Charity full permission to use photographs and/or videos taken of me to raise awareness for money for their work.
I give Dolomite Training staff permission to take pictures and use them for promoting their activities only.

This is so we can keep you up to date with the Yorkshire Three Peaks event before it takes place as well as after with details of how your fundraising has made a difference. We will never sell your data and we promise to keep your data safe. Just so you know, we've used Funraisin as a third party company to host registrations for us for this event. This means that they need to provide us with your data for us to be able to let you know important information about the event.
