Right the nights nearly here 4 days to go! Got the outfit ready minus a few extras 😉. Milos ready. Were both excited Looking at doing it in around 40 mins. Nerves are setting in but determined to do this. From a not runner to this in 12 weeks is a huge step for me. Lets go glow !!!!

Final 2 weeks

Tuesday 28th Nov
Right. Ivee been very quiet as lifes been busy but its now 14 days till ill have completed the 5k

Im managing to make a 1.5-1.7 mile run each week with a dog attached so suddenly i go from slow to flying with dog power. 
My challenge is to do 3 small runs for the next two weeks then the big  day.
