Honouring Cillian💙

On 2nd August 2025, we suddenly and unexpectedly lost our nearly 2 year old, Cillian. There are no words we could put here to summarise how truly heartbroken we are. He was everything.  Cillian was such a happy, cheeky little boy.  Everyday, we long to see his smile, hear his giggle, hold his hand and give him a big cuddle, but we also try to remember and focus on the fact that his 22 months were filled with joy and love. 
The care and support we have received from Sheffield Children's Hospital has been nothing short of incredible. We will forever be  grateful to the incredible members of staff at Sheffield Children’s Hospital. The paramedics, nurses and doctors who tried to save him; the nurses who held us whilst we cried; our key worker who patiently guides us through this time; the doctors who continue to do everything they can to give us more answers; the lovely lady in Rose Cottage, who sang to Cillian every day and dressed him in bright PJs covered in tractors. 
It's so critical that these services exist to protect other young lives from being too short or difficult and to help families cope in their time of greatest need. 
Thank you , from the bottom of our hearts, for helping to honour Cillian’s memory in such a meaningful way. 💙

Manchester Marathon

In April 2026, Paddy (Cilly’s Daddy) and Alice (close friend of Cilly’s parents) completed the Manchester Marathon raising money for the Children’s Hospital in memory of Cilly!
