The Big Tech Team Move

In May 2025, 9 members of the UniHomes Tech Team, working remotely from across the UK, will be taking part in the Big Tech Team Move. Emily Hoyland, Paul Marshall, Steve Huddleston, Zeal Alakpa, Gabor Nyiro, Chris Naylor, Jay Brown, Chelsea Martin, and Jennifer Gray, will be walking, cycling, and more, our way towards a team target of 1000 miles for the entire month. That's all the way from New Era Square in Sheffield to Malmo in Sweden, passing through 5 other countries (France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, and Denmark) en route!

Each of us have our own targets and will be gathering sponsors, and we also be welcoming any donations from our wonderful colleagues within UniHomes 😉

At the end of each week, we'll tally our steps/miles/etc, and post a location update here, starting 9th May.

We're aiming to raise at least £500, and anything above that will be a bonus. Please consider sponsoring us as we log those miles for this wonderful cause.

Tech Team Event Confirmed - The Big Tech Team Move!

Friday 7th Mar
In May 2025, some members of the Tech Team will be lacing up their walking boots and polishing their bicycle seats as we travel our way to a 1000 mile target for the month! 

We'll be counting our steps and miles, and aiming to walk (virtually) all the way from Sheffield to Sweden.
