Get ready to glow this festive season!

Join us at Endcliffe Park for festive family fun on Tuesday 8 December.

Gather a team to walk, jog, run, or roll our special route. The park will be decorated with a touch of festive magic to give your Christmas celebrations a shining start! 

Choose between the 2k route at 5.30pm or 5k route at 7.30pm. 

By taking part in Glow in the Park, you will help make a difference for children and families at Sheffield Children's.

Your support funds the life-changing and the joy-sparking at Sheffield Children's, including patient support through play. At Sheffield Children’s, Play Specialists work closely with each ward and department, providing patients with play activities to prepare, distract and relax them during their time in hospital. Your support could provide toys, games and computers, or fund the team to organise art projects and displays with the children, creating an environment that’s as fun and welcoming as possible.  

So, why not GLOW all out?

Get your glow sticks, tutus, and fancy dress at the ready for an evening of family fun.

This event is for everyone (even dogs!), so however you choose to take part, it's all about having fun and getting together as a community this Christmas.

What’s included in registration?

  • Snowflake shaped medal that you can display proudly on your Christmas tree if you wish
  • Delicious free hot chocolate from Endcliffe Park Cafe
  • Sweet treats for the little ones!
  • We also have three competitions running which you can get involved in, with the chance to win a Christmas themed hamper (see below!)

How to sign-up...

  1. Click the register button above and sign up today!
  2. Share your fundraising page and start fundraising for Sheffield Children’s Hospital
  3. You will receive a fundraising pack and event pack in the post prior to the event date
  4. Get dressed up - grab your glow sticks, Christmas jumpers and fairy lights!
  5. Head over to Endcliffe Park on Tuesday 8 December and walk or run our glowing 2k or 5k routes!

PRIZE DRAW

Raise £100 or more on your online fundraising page (which is automatically set up for you on signing up) and be entered into a prize draw for a festive Christmas hamper - how great is that?!

BEST DRESSED

Why not glow all out and take part in our ‘Best Dressed’ competition? Dress up with glow sticks, fairy lights, Santa hats, neon tutus – the options are endless! On the night, our fantastic host will choose her best dressed individual, who will win a festive Christmas hamper. Take a look at some of our favourite glowing outfits from previous years below…

 

HIGHEST FUNDRAISER

The team or individual with the highest fundraising amount on their online page (which is automatically set up for you on signing up) will win a snowflake at Sheffield Children's Hospital with their name on it for Christmas 2027.
