Have you ever considered taking part in a charity mud run?
Whether you are looking to fundraise for Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity or you simply want to take on a fun obstacle-packed course with friends and family, this could be the challenge for you!
Theo's Mud Run takes place at Gulliver's Valley on Saturday 21st March, and will see you climb, crawl, and slide your way through 5k of muddy terrain to help make the difference for children and families at Sheffield Children's.

FAQs
Are there any age restrictions?
Minimum age is 10 yrs old. Those under 18 will need a parent/guardian with you on the day to sign the acknowledgment of risk. There is no upper age limit, subject to health.
